checked in to Bloom Hotel based on my earlier stay in Bangalore Electronic City Phase 1 which was good. I travelled with my parents (Both Senior Citizens) to Hyderabad with a 11 hour journey time only to see that the rooms had extremely small living space with no ventilation whatsoever. I requested at the reception desk if they could upgrade at least one room to a higher category and the reception guy had a flat denial for that . He said that no rooms are available but i could see availability on the screen to just 20 in the entire hotel. He didnt even give me an option to pay in order to upgrade at least one of the rooms. Inside the room, shower was not working. Within hours of checking in I had to ask the plumber to fix it. AC was making a lot of noises and at the night with no ventilation and a cramped room it was highly suffocating. Breakfast and service was really good. The responsible person for breakfast was extremely patient and cooperative. Every single time i called room service 333 no one picked up. I had to call the reception '9' to ask for room service and sometimes even calling '9' was not responsive. The hotel does not have a parking which is a major area of concern given the high levels of dust nearby hotel. I found layers of dust on my car parked just on the ramp of the hotel. The hotel room service does provide items like shaving kit, moisturizer, hair washing guard when you check in. You have to ask for them seperately. Even during room service they didnt replace the toothpaste kit with a new one and left the bathrooms empty. The hotel is extremely understaffed. The standard size rooms are pathetic. The breakfast and restaurant area are nice. Staff is courteous but if they have to deny legitimate concerns then whats the point of courtesy. Average 3 day stay for me.

It was wonderful experience staying at Bloom financial district Hyderabad. Clean rooms, wonderful breakfast and very helpful and supportive staff. At reception Mr Ram helped us to explain everything about hotel and services available . services were very prompt. I would like to mention that my experience is better than Fairfield Marriott. Good going bloom. Keep it like this 😊👌👍🏼

Love the location cause I was there for some work. And it’s bang on financial district. We were just praising how good the property is while having the amazing and tasty breakfast when we went back to the room we found how water and ice was dripping from the AC and was all over the room. But I won’t take anything away from this amazing property as they changed the room. A malfunction in the AC happened but not a thing apart from that was wrong in this property!

Absolutely the best choice to stay! Super clean, smells fresh, efficient services especially the online chat to order anything you want from your room! The complimentary welcome snacks and drinks were a great start! Very convenient and could not speak more highly of this place!! Definitely will stay again here and also in other locations !!!
