** NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO** ** Please Stay Away, Looks like other reviews are paid reviews** I give 0 star to this hotel, I usually don't write reviews but I had to review this hotel to save people from these hotel scammers, This hotel situated in Hitech city of Hyderabad We were family of 4 members, We booked 2 rooms each room cost is RS2600 and Checkin around 8AM and checkout exactly at 5PM due to inconvenience that I haven't faced in my previous hotels and searched good hotel named nearby, For my bad I paid full amount RS 5200 at the time of checkin which is non refundable, I don't like to call this third class hotel a hotel, Please stay away from this and funny apart I am writing this review same day staying in another hotel nearby. Note: I requested 3 times a room change due to A/C problem, They shown me 3 rooms but still not happy same problem List of bad things happened at the hotel * No A/C * No clean bathroom * No cleanliness in the room * Lift Doesn't work properly, Looks like It will be in service everyday * More important and funny things is you can keep your luggage in the room and can't lock the room that I haven't seen in any hotel, If you ask them why, They say security part is not working due to other problem, you can keep the luggage trusting them without locking room 🫢, I had to carry my valuable luggage in my trip * You may end up see people drinking cigarettes and alcohol * Not family friendly and I heard from the cleaning staff that its even allowed in the lift that means you can smoke anywhere in the hotel, Hotel is like public toilet in the public bus stand. Stay away from this.

The stay was decent. Since the property was undergoing renovation , we were not able to have our lunch and dinner at the place. The staff were friendly and quickly responded to any service calls we placed.

Located very close to hitech city. Rooms are quite spacious and neat..

The apartment is always full of mosquitos, even on a full summer time. On top of that they have cockroaches. I saw a cockroach roaming on my bed tonight. They don't even have an extra bedsheet to change, not a sanitizer at the very least. I would say this is the worst maintenance. If you are so keen on checkout timings and amount, why the heck you don't even have an extra bedsheet or even a sanitizer ?👎👎👎
