No welcome for guests. The owner sounded rude on requesting for a better room. He wants guests to book directly from their site and not through treebo. The breakfasts served were worth puking. I wonder why treebo ties up with such unprofessional people who do not know anything about customer service. A complete bad experience.

It's just an average stay..I have mixed feelings about my experience. While there were a few positives, there were several aspects of my stay that left me disappointed. First and foremost, the fan in my room was constantly making noise, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully. It was a constant disturbance throughout my stay and I found it quite frustrating. Additionally, the bed in my room was also quite delicate and not very comfortable. It seemed to creak and squeak with even the slightest movement, which further affected the quality of my sleep. Another aspect that disappointed me was the lack of professionalism exhibited by the hotel during my stay. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that the hotel did not provide water bottles in the room. This is a basic amenity that most hotels offer, and the absence of it was inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel did not change the bath towels during my stay. This was disappointing as I believe that clean towels are essential for maintaining hygiene. It seemed like the hotel lacked attention to detail in terms of providing essential amenities. Overall, my experience at Itsy by Treebo LG Grand Inn Hotel was below average. The noisy fan and delicate bed significantly impacted my comfort during the stay. The hotel's lack of professionalism, including the failure to provide water bottles and change bath towels, added to my disappointment. I hope that the hotel takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their services and facilities for future guests.

Rooms are shaby , no basic amenities provided, u need to ask . No coffee table . Free breakfast means Just Poha one day and just Idly another day . Tea kept with empty container, when u ask , person is lost and u keep waiting, ultimately, u will go . Tea charged for Rs 40/- , whereas mentioned rs 30/- in menu . No staff in uniform.

Fraud reception charge you more than what was agreed while checkin. Happened to me more than once. Do not stay here.

The hotel food service was very bad. While staying the staff had several booking confirmation issues. The staff could be more co operative..
