Location is good,peaceful and devotional near Sri Shirdi Sai Baba's and my Sri Anjaneya Swamy's ancient temple ! Rooms are neat and clean and service is also good ! Staffs are very polited !

Mediocre experience, Rooms are good They will turn off the ac at midnight and tell you that it isn't working. No proper hot water facility. The food here is good but the food timing isn't. The 2 stars given are for, 1. Decent rooms 2. Good food

Took 2 rooms. Specifically asked for geyser and they assured geyser is working fine. However geyser was not working in both rooms and had to take hot water in bucket from nearby room, both at night and morning,which just got vacated. We personally took the water and the room service never bothered. They opened the room and left for us to take water. The room is little old as to the pictures posted online.

I recently stayed at a hotel, and it was a truly disappointing experience. The maintenance of this place is deplorable. Almost everything in the room was either broken or in a non-working condition. To make matters worse, cockroaches were a constant presence, crawling everywhere, which is beyond unsanitary. The bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable, with lumpy mattresses and worn-out furnishings. Adding to the frustration, the doors in the rooms wouldn't close easily, compromising both safety and privacy. I strongly advise against staying here unless you have no other options. It was a dismal and uncomfortable stay that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

Worst ever service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! They only know how to keep the rooms dirty
