Property Rules
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. Rooms are bit small and food is expensive
Also power cut issues were giving me some trouble and generator backup was taking some time to start
Staff was very helpful but food order from room service is taking atleast 20 minutes to get to your room
It's overall mixed experience for me but would not recommend for long stay
It's very close to airport so if your flight plan is changing it's an option you can check.

As a customer, I regret to say that my experience at Hotel Royal Ocean was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I encountered a number of problems that made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating.
Firstly, the staff at the hotel were unprofessional and unhelpful. They seemed indifferent to my concerns and were not willing to assist me in any way. This lack of customer service was unacceptable, and it made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them.
Secondly, the air conditioning in my room was not working properly, and despite several requests to the hotel staff, the issue was not resolved. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable, and I was unable to get a good night's sleep due to the heat.
Finally, the situation escalated to the point where I had to call the police to resolve matters with the hotel. This was a distressing experience and made my stay at the hotel unbearable.
In summary, my experience at Hotel Royal Ocean was extremely negative due to unprofessional staff, a malfunctioning air conditioning system, and a need to involve law enforcement to resolve the issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and advise potential customers to look for other options
