Had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was beautiful and incredibly peaceful. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-designed, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway🌸

The rooms are very nice and clean. The service is great, and the staff is cooperative and well-behaved. However, the breakfast quality could be improved. Considering the price charged, it doesn't feel completely justified. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to improve the breakfast quality.

Worst hotel. Don’t stay here or don’t book it. BEDBUGS AND COCKROACHES see videos for proof. Blankets were not cleaned or given to laundry. They claim it’s 3 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ but really its not worth 1 star ⭐️ I travelled with family (2+1). Spent hard earned money to experience this. Very dirty filthy and unhygienic hotel and it’s disgusting. Furnitures are very old ( more than at least 20-25 years). I’m really sorry to say this about this hotel which was booked by my tour company (trip ocio travel Carnival based in Indore MP ) from which I took a package for one week of Rajasthan tour in July second week. I had a very disappointing and disturbing experience which caused mental trauma causing experience at this hotel. Bedbugs were roaming around in the bed and cot. Bedbug was found in the blanket in the early morning. Later I found cockroaches which I took a video. The service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was poorly maintained and unhygienic. There were bedbugs in the bed and cockroaches in the room, making it impossible to have a comfortable or safe stay. I had worst experience which caused mental trauma and loss of interest in tour of Rajasthan which I had dreamed about in the past. Despite raising these issues with the staff, the response was inadequate and the problem was not resolved satisfactorily. Blankets were changed after complaints Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a top priority for any hotel, but this property failed to meet even the minimum standards. Please don’t stay in this hotel which spoiled our mood and made us depressed and miserable for staying in this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address their cleanliness, pest control, and customer service issues. In spite of telling again and again the pest control was not done. Breakfast was served very very late we waited for long time. A tourist goes to enjoy and explore and experience good things and create memories but this hotel created very bad memories which I will never forget in my life and I don’t recommend it. It was hell and horrible experience really. Oh my god. How can they provide such a poor quality things. It was a nightmare

Overall great experience…rooms are decent…food quality and taste is good. Bht they can improve in food options a bit but overall awesome experience staying there. Staff is polite and well mannered Wifi is goodwith good speed and connectivity.

It was nice staying at hotel cosmos Raj plaza, Vivek Vihar , Jaipur . It offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with well-maintained rooms. What stood out the most was the staff — incredibly friendly and quick to assist whenever there was any issue. Great value and a place I'd definitely recommend!
