While some accommodations offer satisfactory value, others do not align with their pricing. For example, during a recent reservation for two rooms, one met expectations with operational air conditioning and an adequate bathroom. However, the second room presented several deficiencies, including a non-functional air conditioning unit and a broken faucet in the bathroom, rendering the shower unusable. Furthermore, the televisions in both rooms were inoperable. Additionally, despite booking accommodations in a designated non-smoking area, both rooms exhibited a pervasive odor of cigarettes. Consequently, I am unable to recommend this establishment. The surrounding vicinity also presents notable concerns.

We came to Jaipur from Pune for a trip, and we had booked this hotel from Pune itself. When we made the booking, the room photos looked good and the reviews were also positive. However, when we arrived here, we found that the rooms were very bad. There was a foul smell, the TV was not working, and the ceiling and side walls were completely damaged. In the toilet, there was neither an exhaust fan nor even a proper light. The bathroom commode was in such bad condition that it was difficult to even sit on the seat. The space was so congested that while sitting on the seat, it felt like hitting the basin. Our flight landed in the evening at 7 PM, and we checked into the hotel around 8 PM. When we went to check out, we were about 2 hours late. The receptionist said we would have to pay ₹500 as late charges. The room rent itself was ₹700, and they were asking ₹500 just for being 2 hours late. When we refused to pay that much, the receptionist became angry and said we would have to pay, otherwise they would not let us leave. They even started threatening us. We said we would file a police complaint, but they replied that we could call anyone, but we still had to make the payment or they would not let us go. They spoke very rudely and aggressively. We came to Jaipur for a vacation. We had heard that it is a very good city with very nice people. But this was our worst experience at a hotel. Based on what we experienced, the rooms are in very poor condition and the staff behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

I had a **terrible experience** at this hotel and would strongly advise others to avoid it. We booked a room for 2 days, and even after requesting **8 times**, the staff failed to provide something as basic as an AC remote. Due to this inconvenience, we had to book an additional room when another member joined us. Unfortunately, the situation only got worse. In the new rooms: * The **AC was not working properly** * There was **no TV available** * The **bathroom fittings were broken and poorly maintained** On top of all this, the **staff and manager were बेहद rude (very disrespectful)** and spoke to us in an extremely inappropriate manner. There was a complete lack of professionalism and basic hospitality. Overall, this was one of the **worst hotel experiences** I’ve ever had. The property is poorly maintained, and the staff behavior is unacceptable. I strongly request platforms like Agoda to **take strict action and consider delisting this hotel**, as it does not meet even basic standards for guests. Not recommended at all.

The hotel room it's ok but they have many things to improve, specially regarding customer service and customer satisfaction. They really don't care about your needs. The behavior of the hotel's manager is just unacceptable. He has a very very bad temper and angry attitude towards the service and the customers. He literally yelled at me twice and got angry for situations that should have been managed differently, in an educated manager. I strongly advice to remove this person from his position. The hotel did not even knew about my reservation, they made me wait 40 minutes at the reception without even explaining why. The breakfast (included) was really bad, almost unacceptable; sometimes i will just get some bread. Given the price of the hotel and my experience, i will not recommend anyone to stay there, not even for a night. You can find much much better in Jaipur. I had a very poor experience there.

Amazing stay! Clean rooms, polite staff( Specially mahima ji's behavior) and great service. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Highly recommended for family and friends.”
