-ve stars . Pathetic service and very rude behavior. Did not give room even my booking was confirmed 10 day ago. Give room to couples on fake IDs .Everyone should report them and do not ever visit there in your life

Worst experience ever....
Nitish Bhardwaj (receptionist) most terrible, ill-mannered, rude person, he's don't knw how to welcome guest n how to talk. He refused to book the Oyo booking asked me to cancel it n pay their by cash...n i didn't had any option. He asked me Rs 2000 extra...
I have booked this hotel under OYO rooms.i booked this hotel for 2 nights...but unfortunately I had to cancel it another just because the linens were dirty, it was actually smelling very bad. The bed sheets were not clean and they didn't even changed it for 3 days.
The overall hotel was also dirty. Toilets were dirty...it was an under construction property...People prefer OYO rooms because of their good services, but this hotel was terrible...
Please don't book this hotel as a couple or as a family..
Specialy couples.... don't book this property...becoz the receptionist Nitish Bhardwaj was threatening us n demanding us for extra charge.. don't know y...n i told that I'll will not give them he was like.." POLICE BULA RAHA HU, KAISE NAHI DOGE PAISE"
n we don't had any option so we paid finally... because we were not localities...
So couples...just for ur safety n PRIVACY which is primary thing...don't book this hotel.
