Worst experience with worst service Damage washroom, Ac was not working properly, dirty rooms and high waiting time Very worst service even water bottle and tv remote was not available Need to change reception, they don't know how to attend costumer

One of the most pathetic hotel experiences in my life. The room didn’t even have a switch for the fan, and the regulator isn’t even functional. They call these luxury rooms. There is no kitchen or breakfast available. They order some cheap breakfast at 11 am so you cant even eat as per your convenience. Washroom was also bad. This hotel should charge at most 500 per night. Highly unprofessional service and arrangement.

If i could rate it zero , i would have ....worst experience.....Ac broke , room dirty , washroom dirty and dusty.....room was full of mice..... They charge you like a price of 3 star but services are worst then shady places.....

Worst service experience. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bedsheets were dirty. Staff response was poor and unprofessional. There were cockroaches everywhere, even on the bed. Overall, very unhygienic and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Service is too horrible. They don't know how to deal customer. U have to beg for towel, mug , hot water etc etc which are provided by the hotel.
