This hotel is located in Channa market WEA Karolbagh Delhi. Room ambience is not good and washrooms ambience is average. Maintenance of washrooms and rooms are good. TV , fridge and chairs are available. Service is okay. Staff is polite and friendly nature to customers. One kettle is also placed for preparation of tea and coffee. Kettle is rusted inside and should be replaced.Fridge items and mini bar consumption items on payment basis. Cost is reasonable. Not following Covid-19 guidelines by the staff and management.Air conditioning equipment is little bit old and needs to be replaced with new one. Restaurant is not available but kitchen is available and cost of items are too high. No Lift. Hot water facility is excellent.

Wood eating insects were there all over the bed corners. And manager was chilled and asked to spray insecticide. We were with our 1 year old baby. And it could have hurt him. Very small rooms and smelly and dirty bathrooms. Don't stay here if u r gng with ur family. Very bad experience.

Good place to stay, if you have any work in Karol Bagh area. Sadly I had to stay as my father was admitted in BL kapur hospital. The staff is friendly and services are quick. Negotiation for room tariff, food and laundry service can be done if you have got cash in your pocket. Food is available in near by kitchen, it is tasty and delivery is prompt. Hotel staff bring the food if you place the order. Cleanliness is the reason 1 star is being cut but yes you can always ask and you will get it done.

Very bad hospitality.. AC got stucked during sleeping Washrooms water got finished during bathing.. Maintenance works are happening in midnight while others are sleeping and its sound made us irritated.. Common washroom are dirty and bad smelling.. Only positive i felt is receptionist responding call’s immediately and sending maintenance team within 3 minutes.. Hoping best in coming days
