Good location- very near to new delhi railway station. Room was not so large compared to cost but clean. We stayed for 3days, everyday room was cleaned. Persons at reception were well behaved and co operative. I am 57yrs of age and was on vacation with my family and we enjoyed the staying.

I had reached the hotel at 11:30Am as the checkin time is 12:00 noon, the reception person is asking me to wait till 12:00 (not friendly), afterwards i go to counter at 12:05 they said that the guest is going to checkout i have to wait, after waiting too long and told them i had a meeting at 01:30PM than they provide me the third class room at 01:00PM approx I had booked deluxe room in this property at 2200/- per day.. seriously its like 400-500/- OYO rooms Not proper room service provided, i asked them to send water after continuous calling 5-6 times and after 03hours waiting, i reached to reception counter and asked them to send the water bottle. There are no laundry and ironing service. They provide you 01 smelly towel and 01 soap in the name of toiletries This hotel doesn't have a single bike parking, if you're traveling by your own vehicle avoid this hotel. They are charging much more then the service provided, i suggest to go with another option, there are many 4star hotels available in this price segment

Great Location, staff is friendly. They gave our room to someone else when we arrived. Need more work in regards of cleanliness. Toilets were dirty, I understand it was a budget hotel but at least gotta be clean.

Where can I start, to be frank the only USP of this hotel was the convenience of the location. Majority of the staff in there are either rude or incompetent in understanding that the minimum expectation is respect. Avoid this hotel if you want to have a pleasant experience in this beautiful section of sadar bazar

Value for money decent hotel in Pahargunj area. The rooms are clean, spacious and large for families. The staff is courteous and attentive, they have a nice restaurant and have late night room service.
