No hot water service is available for full day even in winters. No towels were available for bath. Literally used hand towels. Service is very slow, always got cold tea and coffee when ordered in room. No settop boxes were working so tv was of no use. Only at good location is the good point.

The hotel room was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Rooms were below par, quilts were torn, no hot and cold running water. There were frequent power cuts in the middle of the night and those people did not even start the generator until shouted upon at 3.30 am in the night. Breakfast was awful. Checked out after just spending one night. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Worst place to stay. No value for money. Charges are exorbitant like Rs 2900/- for one night stay with additional Rs 1000/- as 02 hours early check in charges. There is no connection between the online booking and ground staff. Customers dependent on online should never stay there as what is shown , told is completely different from what is available.

It's a scam... Hotel has no hot water, no pool, no room cleaning, no kitchen, Smelly room, dirtly pillow and cover and bedsheet, torn and dirty curtain No one listen complaints as well Stay away...
