You can thank me later for this review. By any chance you came to this hotel already than please pack your bags and leave right now. As once you pay your hotel bill which you have to…in advance, you won’t get a refund. A week more left for me 😭😭 Honestly, The room are spacious but not maintained at all. Nobody cares about cleanlinesses. Have to drag them along to get my room cleaned. The linens and towel won’t get changed or cleaned. Toiletries were never provided. Even water supply stops every other day for hours. Lift is not working for the past few days and will get repair in next few days. 😜😕Hotel staff don’t care about your complains. Get used to the pharase ‘ it will be done’ but when? There is no time frame. Air conditioners are not working properly. Tv isn’t working. I am waiting for the services from the very first day of my checkin. And rest..mess room is very dirty and about food, dinner is average but breakfast dont worry..you going to eat it only once 😅. Rest is upto you. There are plenty hotels and PG’s around. So explore well before booking your long stays.

Absolutely worst place to stay Their ac don't work properly Water problem is always there , most of the time water is not even there. Constant nagging Absolute trash management After it is been acquired by Hooliv it's been even worse. Ceilings tend to leak very frequently and most of the walls are infected with fungus. Rodents roam around the hotel quite freely. Don't stay here it's trash.

This property does exists but not as Hotel now. This is now tuned up to be a Working Men PG. So don't book this property as a Hotel. The surroundings is also not a decent one. This property in the name of Noida Residency is also hosted by OYO and Agoda. I once booked the Hotel and when I arrived at the location there was no such Hotel. I booked this hotel through Agoda which refunded by money in full but I suffered a lot getting another Hotel in such an hour when it was already late in the Night in Noida. So I am setting an alert to all my prospect travelers to be alert for such fake property and their booking. All the best to you all.

The worst experience i have ever had in ny entire life . You should stay on a low quality 3/4 k price room rather staying here . 1. The service is third class 2. I stayed as a pg . There food was pathetic. 3. Those who are saying good about these hotel ; don’t listen to them . They are paid review or either they are those people(couple) who go for quality time pass . Even i think they also not satisfy staying here cause i saw several cases where some one booked from oyo/ goibibo at price between 692-750. Then when they reach the hotel they say that they cant give you room with these price they will give you room if you pay 1000/= . So everything is unfare here . All the review that are saying bad experience about these hotel listen to them . Don’t ever come here. Thank you

Seriously it's a good place for small business meeting along with the stay..... Rooms were good.... But food service for group of people is week so when you arrange the meeting over there tell them the exact time for your breakfast and also tell them the count of your group if you don't want inconvenience in your business meetings. After all good staff behavior till the last. Choice is yours
