I had worst experience in Shree Palace. Behaviour of the owner is so bad that she tells "I won't give you room because you have booked in so less price", I explained her very politely that "mam I have booked this room on App, and I have booked on that price what is showing there, it's your and that app's problem, you should talk to those persons present in there for app service". She replied me " I'm not going to talk to anyone and I'm not going to give you any room at this price, if you will pay me extra money to complete my room price mentioned here then only I can give you room, and I'm telling you clearly that if you are going to complain you won't get back your money or you won't get any room in any hotel, they only tell you to go in different hotels but whole day you will run here and there without any result". So, at last I paid here extra money and taken a room which was so bad and that room couldn't be locked from outside. Their one service person told me "you can go anywhere as you want keeping the door (given to me) unlocked because that door can't be locked. No one is going to steal anything from your luggage". Then I changed my room after requesting the owner lady for long time. Very very bad experience
