While the food was good, the state of the rooms and cleanliness needs improvement. There were few cockroaches inside the room. Overall experience wasn't good and it was not worth the money. Food: 8/10 Service: 7/10 Rooms: 3/10 Cleanliness: 2/10

Hospitality and food is amazing. Management is also very good and respectful. They respond to most of the requests on time. Location is peaceful. Overall amazing experience.

Worst ever experience I had gone through,no water supply,food quality is so inferior,over n above the behaviour of their staff is so rude,manager Tanveer the worst ever person I have seen in hospitality industry !!

Hotel Marks Inn & Banquet, Sector-61 This hotel is an absolute nightmare! They couldn't even provide basic amenities like drinking water or bathing water. Yes, you read that right—no water at all! When we asked for it, the staff acted like we were asking for the moon. But the real shocker? The manager’s (Tanveer) disgusting attitude. He was rude, dismissive, and downright insulting. Instead of helping, he misbehaved and treated us like we were a burden. It’s hard to believe someone so unprofessional is running a hotel. Save your money and your sanity. There are far better places nearby where you're treated with respect and at least get the basics. This place doesn't deserve a single star. Stay far away from this dump! 👎👎

They have just opened a new property nearby and that is just fabulous. The room are very nice and believe me the behaviour of the staff (especially a tall guy.. i didn't remember his name) was really nice . The staff of this hotel is the most decent and cooperative I ever experienced. The must recommended hotels. I am really happy visiting here. And wanna say thank you to staff.
