Such a horrible experience. Sharing this in case it would help someone. First, even if you paid fully online through OYO, they will force you to pay for something called "GST". I called OYO helpline, they said they are going to speak to the hotel and asked me to wait on phone. But even after 30 minutes staying on the call, nobody responded, so I had to pay and get in. The receptionist and the "Chottu" there were such an arrogant chap with heavy attitude almost like goons. They dont understand or speak English, so you are screwed if you are not a Hindi speaker. The bed was kind of okay, cupboard was crap, bathroom was foul smelling, washbasin was leaking and roof broken. Water is hard water with smell and lots of salt. The most annoying part are the employees there, third rate people with attitude. When I gave the keys back on checkout, the chap asked me give my phone to him to open OYO app and give 5 star rating. I refused and said will leave feedback afterwards, he insisted on doing it there itself. Perhaps, he knew no one is going to give a positive feedback to them. Overall, I feel ripped off and wasted my days there. Writing this in hope that any fellow travelers don't make my mistake.

Never go in their hotel or never stay in their pg . they take your money as a security and when you leave pg they never return your security money. They didn't return my money and now they are also not pickup my calls and not answering my messages. Give one star here because I can't give negative rating

They deserved No star, Pathetic experience, denied for check in i booked my room online and they asked me double of amount extra at checkin counter by rude staff. When I ask for manager he said I am the one only here. Please don't Go in this garbage room.

Room - not at all clean and smelling bad. AC is not working and very dusty as if the room was not cleaned for months together. Bathroom- leakages and unclean. Don't get courage to enter bathroom. My free advice is Never ever venture to book hotel here...
