The staff behaviour is very unplesant. They are not transparent in billing. For instance, they will not provide you complimentary water bottles even if you have it in your itinerary and if you request for it they will charge you by arm twisting. The location is good and rooms are clean. They are so audacious that they send their staff to your room for cleaning without intimating you. From midnight onwards you hear thumbing sounds from terrace. Very bad experience especially with family. Not recommended.

The hotel location is great and could be easily reached by a rickshaw or an auto from Nehru Enclave metro station. The rooms are truly amazing. Clean, premium and full of basic amenities like OTT television, Mini bar, smoking area and what not. The staff is also very cooperative. The place is a boon especially for couples as the room interior is too photogenic.

Very very bad hotel. Specially receptionist is unprofessional and unwelcoming nature. They r not cooperative and always ready to argue on every small thing.

We booked the suite for birthday Party for 6 people and it was beautiful. Spacious room with comfortable sofa sitting for party. Highly recommended. Food which we ordered from them were tasty and fresh.
