I would like to mention first is . Room which was given to us was 103 in which the ceiling is completely broken , the flush of the toilet was not working ... After several attempts they changed our room but never refunded my money and new room window which is open and cannot be closed , whole time cold air freezes us ........ Staff is not good or responsible , what they are best at is taking booking and then fooling customers.. OYO should cancel their license

The Worst Ever Oyo Room that I have Visited So Far Nothing Well in this Hotel The Staff there Was Too Worst Guys that Didn't Even Know How to Talk And the Facilities they are Mentioning is Not at All Correct Rooms Didn't Have Lights in Bathrooms and they are Saying to Use Phone Torchlights for that There is No Hot Water Facility in this Rooms and we have to Ask them Everytime for Hot Water and they Will Bring After 10AM And They Won't Maintain Rooms Well and a Cring Smell is Coming from Every Room Worst Behaviour from the Staff there and Mostly they are Looking for Money We Came here at 2AM and they are Saying we Won't give any Facilities like Fan and Lights and they are Saying to Leave and they Won't Refund Our Money And also Come to Rooms Beds with Full of Bugs and they Won't Even Clean the Bathroom and They Didn't Change Bedsheets also. Finally My Pure Suggestions is, if you didn't have any Rooms to Stay then Go to Busstand and Stay there Don't Ever Dare to Come here🤢🤮

Worst experience ever. The room shown online on Oyo is totally opposite to the one which is provided in reality. They will charge you extra money even if you have booked it online. The room and washroom were dirty and unhygienic. The rooms are small. Staff and services are hell. Furniture was broken and TV was not working. AC remote was not available . Even the lock of the room was totally broken, the room could not be locked, I had to keep my room unlocked to go out.They gave me the room which could not be locked from outside but they didn't tell me before but after taking full payment from me I got to know the reality of the room they it doesn't have a lock and key then I said I don't want this room please refund my money back they said money cannot be refunded back so after waiting for hours they finally agreed to give us different room but they had wasted our so much time. Please do not book this hotel at all because of the bad experience I had, the behavior of the manager and staff here is very bad. All the ratings are fake. Very bad experience. Not recommended.

It's the worst hotel experience I have faced in my entire life. The staff were rude to the customers as they were owners of some Hyatt or Marriot. I had to ask them about keys, towels and other requirements which I had. The room condition was horrible the ceiling was broken, the paint job wasn't proper, and the room and bathroom cleanliness were par below bad. The only accessory provided to me was a blanket and a pillow. Bedsheets and pillow had holes. I had to even ask them about the water bottle. And above all the room was in front of public toilet. It was totally unhygienic. Oyo should consider cancelling there license if how they treat their customers and they should regularly inspect whether the standards are met by their franchises or not.

It was an harrowing and grim experience. The receptionist and all personnel were rude. Check in delayed with rude responses. Apparantly money went to Oyo and they didn't receive any money instantaneously. Asked us why we don't book directly. On reiterating with the question of why they had listed their property on Oyo (hypocricy), receptionist became extremely argumentative and started harrassing us. Inspite of booking two classic rooms, one room didn't have a functional AC. The other room had a shabby broken to pieces almirah carelessly stacked and tilted. Rooms were extremely unclean and unlivable. When Oyo as well as property manager were contacted, they listed all their various SOPS and policies and looted our money(didn't get any refund). Thoroughly harrassed and was an depressing episode.
