It is a pathetic hotel, pathetic stuff - manager, dirty beds, smelly rooms. The need serious renovations. And if you are thinking of staying at this hotel due the closest place from Sir Gangaram Hospital then plz stay away. We had taken a room for 2200 for 4, They promised cool air from the cooler in the second room which had no AC (we booked ac room) but it gave hot air till 12:30 am, adter that because of rainfall it had turned to not so hot air, also it was not able to be turned off, the main room window was not closing due to incorrect ac installation. Taps were broken, charging points not working. Missing shower heads, water jet not working. Also mattresses longer than bed.(I fell down at night) Rude staff upon complains, not ready to solve problems but use jugads. Booked via some Ashutosh person at 4pm, he switched off phone upon our complaint calls to him and after the rain he came and tried to open the door without knocking, thankfully we were awake, he asked "abb toh thandi hawa fek rha hai" at 1 am. Won't recommend this place to anyone even for 1k.

Really clean and hygiene atmosphere. Staff is really courteous and friendly. Highly recommended. Sir ganga ram hospital is just opposite to hotel.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was honestly unacceptable and needs to be called out.And how I wish I could have rated below 1 star. The room was in terrible condition — broken windows, filthy and unhygienic surroundings, and absolutely no basic amenities like a TV or even a dustbin. The room itself was extremely small, making it uncomfortable to even move around. The bedsheets and blankets were in the worst condition imaginable — stained, worn out, and clearly not maintained. What made the experience even worse was the staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and showed zero concern for guests. Instead of addressing issues, they seemed completely indifferent. The lift was another nightmare. It is shockingly small and operated by exposed electrical switches, which feels unsafe and outdated. It genuinely felt claustrophobic and dangerous — not something you’d expect in a place charging such high prices. The most disappointing part is that this hotel seems to be taking advantage of people visiting the nearby hospital. Many guests are likely already stressed, and instead of providing comfort, this place exploits the situation by charging high rates for substandard, almost inhumane conditions. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. There are definitely better, safer, and more ethical options available.

This hotel was a complete disaster. The bed was dirty, uncomfortable, and looked like it hadn’t been changed in days. The room smelled bad, the service was unprofessional, and overall the place felt totally neglected. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
