One of the worst experience I ever had was in this hotel. Room service is pathetic. No water in bathroom. Need to call again and again for everything. I seriously request everyone plz don't go there.

Poor and very rude staff. Booked through Fabstay website, but upon arrival they totally denied to accept said booking and rudely said me to complaint Customer care. Advice - Not to stay in Heritage Inn

I had arrived aroud 05:30 am and they had given some response, when we needed hot water they provided immersion rod. These are the reason of the two valuable stars. I had pre booked room from Mi stay, they denied my booking. I had to go for direct booking. Don't try to bargain about rates, they might tell you an illiterate. The receptionist/caretaker don't know how to behave. Very untidy and dirty rooms, people have spitted all over the wall and they didn't even clean it. Some places there is no plaster on the wall. In bathroom the tap was leaking continuously. Need more reason to hate? Not at all recommended.

Worst n the worst place ever stayed , they didn't even offer new bedsheets , Linens . They didn't even have hot water in bathroom , n when we asked them for this they gave us immersion rod for 6 people , what a joke . N after booking of one day the price I havee paid was also increased n at hotel we have to pay more and after that they allowed us to stay. This place is not even worth staying even offered free .photos given do not match wid actual room. Worst place, no clean linens , no geyser nothing . OYO is FRAUD.it misguide its customers about hotels.
