Had a pleasant stay. The AC is good, they turned on geyser on request. The food is also good. The staff is very helpful. Very near to railway station. The only downside is the road to hotel is very narrow. Only a two wheeler can go up to hotel. People are urinating on the way to hotel. If we pass that area, remaining all good.

Worst service very bad behaviour
Every receptionist talks very rudely behaves manner less
Rooms were very small bad mattresses , no ventilation, broken flush tanks and jets
No room service no soaps or towels until we request them.
They will switch off A/c in midnight till morning. You can’t even sleep peacefully.
Their lift went under maintenance, we have to climb 3 floors through stairs after coming hotel tired already. And if we complain the manager abuses you.

The hotel access road is a very narrow lane. The lane is dirty and smelly. Men urinating in the lane itself. The room wasn't clean. The bedsheet wasn't changed nor looked clean. The bathroom was very dirty. The shower was broken. Maintenance is really bad. There wasn't any safety lock on the door(which can only be opened from inside).

The room and the bathroom was very dirty. There were small insects inside. The bathroom had a weird smell. The Staffs were rude and lacked professionalism. Everytime you need to switch the ac on you need to tell the reception. Then after sometime they switch it off from the MCB. The in-house food was okay. Overall it was a horrible stay

They charged AC price for a Non AC room, booked AC room with advance payment, delayed allotment of room, AC not working and when told no one is bothered
Receptionist talks very rudely behaves manner less, room boys are all ignorant
Rooms were very small, bad mattresses, no ventilation, no cleanliness
Poor room service no soaps, bad towels it was smelling
You can’t even sleep peacefully. Lot of noise from other rooms
Their lift was having foul smell, And if we complain or ask for solution the manager abuses you.
They are cheaters "lootarey"
