This hotel has many names. we booked under the name “Hotel University stay” through Booking.com The manager who interacted with us is very nice. But the room quality was very bad. We have taken two rooms and both were dirty. There were stains on the bed sheet. We also got condom from the room. The cleaning staffs were not at all interested in keeping the rooms clean and neat. Not recommended for family or civilised people. The location around the hotel also very dirty. There was no lock for bathroom door. AC was not working. No hot water. We got shock from the water heater. Overall, not worthy at all. not even for 500 per day

Worst Stay Ever. This property is the worst property ever...It doesn't have even basic amenities like water...I asked for towels they gave me dirty and ruged towels and that too tear from many places. No water Pathetic stay ever.. Staff was rude.

Horrible, this place is not for family stay, this hotel runs in 2 3 names, green snapper, hotel university stay, all same hotel different name. It's just hourly oyo, couples come and go. Super dirty rooms, no service, anytime raid can happen, they will ask you to leave anytime, no geyser, blanket don't even think of putting on, you will vomit. No canteen, no food.. Scary experience with my family.

The place is easily accessible by road. The place was untidy and smelly. As per them you can watch YouTube on TV, but they failed to provide assistance in this regard. The kitchen is in the open and gives unhealthy look. We preferred to dine out. The linen provided in the rooms was used and torn. We had asked for changing the linen and towels which they did. But seeing the standard we preferred to use our own towels. We had booked for two days, but vacated in a day itself.

"I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The room was not cleaned properly, and the blanket was visibly dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, and unfortunately, this one did not meet basic standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping services."
