Overall rooms were not maintained and clean. Powerback is not available in hotel rooms. Hot water availability was uncertain. Location is not ideal for family stays.

This is budget accommodation which is acceptably clean.Away from the main road tucked away in a lane so a bit silent. The temple bells sound is so soothing from just across.

Worst experience, staff are really unprofessional. They said early check in is available (on call) prior to my arrival but when I reached there they made me wait for 2 hrs saying the room is not yet ready. The staff are highly unprofessional

The behavior of the staff in this hotel is very bad and they clean the room only at the check out time. In this hotel even the offline customers are looted. This is my worst experience with this hotel in Paharganj.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Coming Back I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was an absolute nightmare. The cleanliness was beyond disappointing — the rooms were dirty, and we had to call the reception 5–10 times just to get someone to come and clean. When the cleaning guy finally showed up, he barely did anything, and when we politely pointed it out, he started bad-mouthing us right in front of us to another staff member! When I confronted him, he flat out said, “I won’t do any cleaning for you, call the receptionist and ask them to send someone else.” Excuse me?? That’s not just unprofessional — that’s a ridiculous way to treat a paying guest. The cleaning staff came once the next day around noon and never showed up again. Basic facilities? A joke. They didn’t even give us a remote for the AC — it was controlled from the reception. And guess what? They kept turning it off randomly, so we had to keep calling them again and again to get it switched back on. Service overall was terrible — whether it was for towels, water, or anything else, everything took at least an hour to arrive after multiple follow-ups. Extremely poor service, rude staff, and zero hospitality. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Do NOT recommend. Never coming back again.
