My worst experiences stay...after booking ac room .they don't give ac remote he keep your ac Remote all time..and they cut ac power from mcv always don't book m harrashed.

My worst experience in hotel is that, i reached at this hotel only for 5hr, i reached at night 2:00am to 8:00 am, they gave me the Room no. 309, i already shared the picture of room with you. No light in toilet when i call staff they respond me we don't have any light to change or fix this, and we don't have any other room to shift you. When i said how can i manage he shout and say, shop are closed if you don't want room you can leave. But i paid for room and its so late in night, then i decide to manage. AC is not work, no geyser, dirty room, mosquito are biting whole night. I know how can i servive last night. I know Nobody take action against them, so they react like this. So i only suggest to you please don't go to this hotel, i OYO they show a clean room and don't know where they got that picture but reality only know who face. And don't go through oyo, they through out you from room if you say anything and just say go and talk to oyo, you don't pay us you pay oyo talk with them.

You can't even call it hotel. My worst experience living there. Washroom is dirtiest and the room was worst, lights broken, blankets having fowl smell, pillows at its worst. I asked for dustbin when I arrived and after 2days they gave me dustbin. Whenever I get nightmare abt that room i start vomiting. While writing the feedback I feel that I am going to vomit.

Worst room, worst service. They are not maintaining the rooms clean and also they are not providing basic things like shop, tawal etc. Hot water is also not available for bath. Worst experience ever. During IPL season also, they are not bothering about TV condition. TV was also not working. I will suggest those who are reading this, that just dont waste your money, it's not worth it. It was bad experience as rooms are not like oyo expectations. Poor arrangement of light, dirry washroom, even AC, Tv were not working. As i had made prepaid payments for my stay through oyo, they started reacting sad nd told me if i cab cancel the booking. On making many requests as i was mid night, they finally allowed. Plus point was better for nd polite staff behavior. Another thing is ,on searching this hotel on Google, it shows location of Today International Hotel paharganj even, some photos of this hotel on google are of Today International Hotel. Google nd this hotel need to check it to correct.
