I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Delhi. The washroom was extremely dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Hygiene standards were clearly lacking, and the overall environment felt unhealthy. This is definitely not a family-friendly place. The atmosphere did not feel safe or suitable for families, and I would not recommend it to anyone traveling with children.

Disappointing Stay at Reena Residency I recently had the misfortune of staying at Reena Residency and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The hotel's website promised a comfortable and relaxing stay, but the reality was far from it. *Dirty Rooms:* The room I was allocated was in a deplorable state. The carpets were stained, the bed sheets were dirty, and the bathroom was grimy. The dustbin hadn't been emptied, and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. It was clear that the room hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. *Wear and Tear:* The room was in a state of disrepair. The furniture was old and creaky, the air conditioner was noisy, and the shower head was leaking. The paint was peeling off the walls, and the door handles were loose. *Poor Staff Behavior:* But what was even more disturbing was the behavior of the staff. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in addressing my concerns. When I brought the issues with the room to their attention, they seemed put off and unapologetic. The front desk staff were particularly rude and uncooperative. They charged extra for the room; it was more than the amount shown on the website and an extra $300 for the late checkout. The hotel's surroundings were noisy and polluted Overall, my stay at Reena Residency was a disaster. The hotel's lack of attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service makes it a place to avoid. There was no parking at all, and the rooms were very unhygienic. The washrooms were very dirty. The lights were flickering. This Hotel is not meant at all for family people.

A decent budget hotel with all the amenities one can expect at this price range. Front office staff was polite and spoke well and guided me to future bookings as well. A gentle reminder to all those travelling from all over India, speak to the hotel directly and they'll guide you to the best tourist attractions all over Delhi. Will recommend to anyone wanting to travel in a budget friendly manner.
