Genuine Review - 1. Easily located 2. Caretakers with good behaviour 3. Expected Rooms to be cleaner 4. No bath soap/provided 5. Bed sheets expected to be more cleaned 6. No problem with check in/check out time, they gave 1 hour more after checking out to take bath 7. Foods are very costly there, we had dinner and lunch in the nearest market area, located within 500 meter. 8. Little bit surprised when they asked for google review in front of them, Overall experience was good

We did our company conference in Hotel Sunshine Residency castle. The overall experience was very nice. Food is awsome, rooms are neat & clean. Staff are very supportive & last conference hall is good.

Excellent service and staff behaviour is so nice. I will strongly recomend to stay here. Manager behaviour is also very nice and very helpful.

They are worse hoteliers. Unhygienic. Rooms have silan/damp all across the room and bathroom. They will use the used water bottle to provide the RO water. This is just sick behaviour. They will just use the left over water bottle and use that to provide water to customersa. Behaviour is rude, unprofessional One with name Mohammd Azam is so rude. For simple argument they will ask u to vacate the room at 12 night. They are just sick minded people. Avoid booking this hotel at any cost. Not good for family.a Respect matters a lot not a few rupees.

Extremely dirty rooms and bathrooms. They charge extra for providing bills and even plates-spoon etc in room. Bedsheets and towels are not changed daily. They don't even provide bathroom sleepers and water jug. They provide water is used mineral water bottles from tap. Ventilator of one toilet opens into another, so no privacy. You can hear everything happening in other room. Extremely bad experience. Staff members are untrained and rude. You are asked to immediately checkout of the room if you make any complains. Too many mosquitoes and insects in the room. Only good thing about this hotel is it's location inside good residential colony and walkability to the metro station.
