A great experience with hotel and staff are very supportive. The rooms were clean and nice room they provide all services and more comfortable and good quality. I m happy and satisfied with service and staff member

Camera in room -Camera in room -Sanjeev the manger is a frustrated middle aged man…couldn’t sleep the whole night when I read reviews that cameras have been caught in the rooms of this hotel..hotel is unhygienic and service is slow but the worst part is this manager Sanjeev he is a middle aged frustrated person who works as manager in this unhygienic property..he finds peace and comfort in thinking that he is some gonda (small time gangster) but he forgets that gangster doesn’t work as a manager in a oyo property …I think he should be proud of himself that he is a hardworking man who is a manager at a low price hotel in delhi ncr and should not get frustrated seeing people half is age doing good in their life..he should realise that everyone life is good in their own ways and his life is good as well….There are other reviews on oyo app and google complaining about his rudeness and cameras ..Mr Sanjeev should understand that most people doesn’t have time and have better things to do than to get involved in a fight or to teach a lesson to a manager of a oyo hotel whose tariff is 1250 per night ..He should learn good manner and be polite or someday someone could teach him good manners and politeness the hard way..

My experience at this hotel was the worst I've ever had. I've stayed in many hotels before, but this one was absolutely awful. The biggest problem was the constant water shortage during my stay. The bathroom drainage system was also faulty, which led to water getting stuck in the bathroom area. The hotel's service and staff were terrible too. Whenever I had a problem, I had to call them multiple times, around 4-5 times, just to get any help. To make matters worse, I had booked breakfast for two days, but they only provided it for one day. When I asked about the other day's breakfast, they said I didn't have a booking for it, even though I did. Another concerning thing was that they took my phone and gave their own property a fake 5-star rating without my consent. They even deleted my confirmation booking message from MakeMyTrip (platform I used for booking). Based on my awful experience and the numerous issues I faced, I strongly advise against anyone visiting this hotel.

Warning: DON’T stay here!
The good reviews are paid reviews for sure!
Just don’t. Seriously, don’t. The rooms had cockroaches, the floor was extremely dirty and so were the bathrooms.
Extremely dirty/nasty place. We checked in and unfortunately had paid so we couldn’t get a refund, we thought we can make it a day, but we couldn’t and left after 30 mins.
The hotel is involved in fraudulent activities, and if you read more 1 star reviews, you’ll find out they record couples for extortion.
I fall short on words about how pathetic this place was.
They should be shut down or looked into.

Worst experience and complete nightmare!!
I booked this hotel seeing number of reviews but as soon as i checked in my hotel room, I realised it was a mistake and most of them are paid reviews..
Service was absolutely zero.. No towels, soaps, water. I called reception to get me a bottle they said it's chargeable i confirmed but they got it half an hour late after calling and reminding them multiple times over phone.
I again went to the review section of this hotel on Google and scrolled and found it soon enough in the review that this hotel was famous for recording videos and extortion.
It was said in the reviews that they have hidden camera and even lot of police complaints have been registered.
They have reception in parking lot which was very hard to get.
Plus, there was no buttler to help me with my luggage and open gates.
Worst stay ever.
