It was a horrible experience staying there. No cleanliness, no water supply, a lot of mosquitoes, tv and landline not working properly. The staff behaviour not so appreciable. They all ignored when you ask them for any of the services. Least bothered about the customers satisfaction. It was seriously a waste of money.

thing that makes this such a good place to stay . despite the stairs up to the elevator this was of the nicest places . every thing is good by talking also they good and like behave also pretty good. but i called 3 time for water bottles but muze 1 hr se jyada hoga no body gave water bottle. at last mein khud reception pe gya water bottle k leye again they told 5 min sir am coming. but again 30 min wait tak maine wait kia after that i called again then told again 2 min sir that time i am so upset and literally i shout after 5 min they gave me water bottel and towel. all are good but i experienced so bad but may be this happen becouse of mis understandi so i gave 4 star after neglect this part only Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

Sad and disappointed to see same staff sweeping floor cleaning rooms and working front desk reservations.First Room 302 for cash 1000 INR for just to take shower and do my business in Dwarka Delhi court .From 7.30 AM till 6 pm.second time no receipts for cash. 🙏 clean floor with dirty pillow covers and used bedsheet.Wall paper pilling out right above my head board. Rest room had old dirty used towel on the floor from the previsious guest.I was attracted by the name OYO.The poor guy from FD Bhola baba brought us towels and soap.He had to run 3 times up and down because the towels were damm dirty.,Construction next room Renovation.Not worth for 100 INR .This is not a exception in Delhi in small gali hotels. May be it is just OYO way of doing business.Will never returm back.Cash no receipts given.Excuses made 🙏🇺🇸😭😭😭😷 On 18 May at 7.30, i visited Again and was surprised to See Bhola guy who works at reception was sweeping the floors and cleaning the front desk area.Another guy with beared was so f,**k*d didn't know computers.Hotel owners are using honest hard working guys as slave labors.Sleeping on sofas in the night and working 24/7 is just abusive art of managment.Food served in rooms only Was horrible and expensive.Ordered 2 naans,( got only one) Aloo paratha, and 3 veg dishes. Regeret going to place again.Never going back again.waiting For cash Receipts.

I had a wonderful time at this Oyo. The staff treated me like family and made me feel very welcome. Given the price, I thought the ratio of cleanliness and space was fair. Good place to stay if you want to be in Dwarka
