Staying at the Hibiscus Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and on-site restaurant, exceeded my expectations. What truly set the Hibiscus Hotel apart, though, was the attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Hibiscus Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Great hotel The room was comfortable and immaculate. The staff members were very friendly and helpful . Location was also perfect. The restaurant was very nice and food also very tasty but it is little bit expensive. Another thing that needs to be improved is the variety in the morning breakfast. Overall experience is fantastic.

People managing the restaurant are very careless & clueless, don't order anything from them. I waited 1 hour for my order, when I called restaurant at 4223 for my order status, the reply was "Order Kia tha kya aapne" & told me that he will check & call me back, Again after this conversation I called the restaurant I asked about my order status, surprisingly again the reply was 'order Kia tha kya aapne'. Either this Hotel has no inhouse restaurant or the staffs here are onto something. Overall room is ok but the service is pathetic

"Disappointing stay at Hibiscus select hotel! The food was a total letdown, with bland and overpriced options that failed to impress. The service was even worse, with unfriendly staff who seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. The rooms were basic and lacked amenities, but the real issue was the restaurant. We tried breakfast and dinner, and both were subpar. The food was roten,cold, tasteless, and took forever to arrive. To top it off, the staff seemed completely disorganized and unresponsive to our complaints. The front desk was unhelpful, and the manager was nowhere to be found. Unless they seriously revamp their food and service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options out there!"

Best hotel , the location was Good, cleaning and maintenance were up to the mark , attitude of staff is positive, I really feel like home away from home , and I really appreciate the services ,the front office manager Mr. Anvir is very professional, I will definitely recommend this property to visit again. Thank You !
