I am staying one night along with my family. Few things that I found should be shared with review readers. 1. Hotel is still somewhat under construction. 2. Car/bike parking is of mall and guest pays the parking for each entry n exit. 3. No A/c at reception or in hallways. 4. TV at my room was broken. 4. Paid for breakfast ( waiting to see how it will be and the service ) Final review yet to complete.

Don't invest in spectrum projects. People reading this If you have invested or planning to invest in studio of phase 2 of spectrum please don't. Owner of Nimantrana not paying rent of the leased units. And spectrum who decided to go with such a company are not taking any responsibility. They have left the investors now deal with this owner of this hotel to constantly follow up to clear our dues.

The rooms were amazing! Ritesh was a really kind host and provided prompt solution for any problems face. I would be recommending this place to everyone to enjoy serene and vacation vibes in Delhi-NCR!

People who are looking to invest in spectrum projects pls beware. All these studio apartments are worthless and up to standard of good hotels in terms of size and quality. So no good brand is going to take up their projects. Phase 1 has a local brand Nimantrana which has leased 200+ units and is not paying rents regularly to its owners. Their management team does not pick up calls and same with spectrum who has choosen such a bad firm for these studio apartments. We are planning to file a legal case against them in one of our groups to revcover our dues with interest.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nimantran in Noida and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were beautifully designed and very spacious, offering great comfort and a relaxing ambiance. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained swimming pool – perfect for unwinding after a long day. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff was exceptionally polite, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to room service, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Noida. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it's a great place to stay with top-notch facilities and a welcoming atmosphere.
