Great Experience. Quite Surrounding. Great Rooms and Amenities. Polite staff and helpful management. Total Package Hotel. Everything was intact. Much recommended.

I couldn't give less than 1 star. One of the worst experience for me in life. I was told the room was not available. And they gave me another number to call. They gave me another property nearby in a residential colony. I reached around 1 am and the caretaker phone was switched off. Literally I was stranded on the road. Then I just decided to somehow go to that 3rd floor. There again I rang the door bell nobody opened it. There was a key in the door and opened and went inside. Once again no one to guide me to the room. 3 doors were there. Two of them locked and another one was with key and I opened went inside and slept. So without knowing if I was in the right house or right room I slept through the night. No towel, no brush nothing. Morning I get up some people are in the house and cooking. They didn't understand Hindi or English. Don't even know which language they spoke. I just vacated quickly in the morning. I was told breakfast will come by 9.30. I waited till 10. Again I kept calling the number and he didn't pick up the call. Don't ever book this property and this should not even be listed on the booking sites. Please take strict action against these guys.

This people are basically thieves.. charging people's for a tiny DIRTY room. By looking at the hotel they don't even change the bed sheets and blankets after the previous guest.
