The location of the hotel is good and has metro station nearby. The rooms are old and not very clean and fresh. The quality of the rooms, cleanliness has to be upgraded as it's very old property. The staff is good. Their Manager Liza is excellent in communication and at her service. Special thanks to her. Food was good.

My 2 months stay was like home feeling all services and staffs were so good at their job and services provided were really nice. I enjoyed and highly recommended.

I had relaxing stay at this hotel. Breakfast menu has many options and food is delicious. Hospitality is too good, especially staff is very friendly and courteous. Also maintains cleanliness very well. Good hotel at this price. I recommend to everyone... (Y)

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were small but clean and well-maintained. “The location was perfect - close to the metro station . “The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. thanks team Trio Intercontinental.
