I loved everything. The people working at the hotel was soooo good to me and helpful,very kind people an your room service is very good an amazing person in that department Location is amazing. Best hotel I have stayed in Pune. I will come back again very soon.

The rooms are not clean and neat than price . Check rooms before check in. Fourth and third floor rooms are in good state. But first floor and second rooms are worst. They alloted me first floor room that was worst. I checked jn late and When I entered room was not ready not clean it was damaged room. Bathroom was also in not good condition. Taps not working. The telephone connection was there but not working. Then after 8 calls they alloted me fourth floor room 407 that was good.

We had booked the room with double occupancy for 3 nights, Room was fairly good. We stayed in room 301 on the 3rd floor, But there are some issues like Wi-Fi not working properly and when we inquired about the same at reception person told us that it 3rd party service provider so we are not sure about services, The FAN was in perfect working condition but full of Noice so you can not sleep with FAN ON, One day there was an issue with getting hot water too Even When we got to the room, the A/C remote was not there we had to call and get it, Even when we ordered food along with a water bottle, the food came after 30 min of the order and the water bottle alone came after 1 hour of the order, So overall it was OK OK Stay...

Stayed here for 1 day in Pune. Not good. Small rooms, dirty bed sheet, breakfast no option they will not even roast the bread if you ask them in buffet section. Very unprofessional people will charge you 42 for a bottle of water that cost you 20 outside. Understaffed for a piece of lemon I had to call them 5 times ultimately come down to reception to get it. Total no no from my side fir revisit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The services were excellent, and the food was delightful. I would definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.
