Extremely unhygienic place. Filled with cockroaches and bed bugs. Staff is not attentive. False ceilings have holes. No toiletry provided. Nails sticking out of bed moldings. Unclean bedding. Rooms are too small incoherent to pictures posted on website. Worst stay of my life.

I had satyed in this hotel for 2 nights. Good hotal in good location. Easily accessible. Very good and caring staff. But, price is too high. Room is very small. Bathroom is tiny. Bedsheets are dirty. Bathroom is also bery dirty. Dont book online, they will cancle it and ask for more money.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, the first warning sign was the disheveled appearance of the reception area. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and unorganized, leaving me standing there for what felt like an eternity before acknowledging my presence. Brushing off the initial unease, I tried to remain optimistic and hoped that the room itself would be better.
Upon reaching my room, my heart sank. The door was scuffed and scratched, and upon entering, The carpet was stained, and the walls seemed to be thin as I could hear noise from the adjacent rooms.
The bathroom was no better. The tiles were cracked, and the faucet dripped incessantly, wasting water and adding to my frustration. To make matters worse, the water pressure in the shower was barely a trickle, making it nearly impossible to rinse off properly.
As night fell, my hope for a good night's sleep vanished. The bed was uncomfortable, with sagging mattresses and scratchy sheets. I tossed and turned all night, unable to find a position that would grant me even a moment of rest. Even AC was not working then I decided to voice my concerns to the hotel staff, hoping they would address my grievances and offer some form of compensation for the terrible experience. However, my attempts were met with indifference and apathy. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in my complaints, and instead of apologizing, they shrugged off the issues, claiming they were understaffed and overbooked.
As my stay neared its end, I couldn't wait to leave the hotel and put this dreadful experience behind me. I rushed out of the hotel with a sense of relief, vowing never to return or recommend it to anyone.
This horrible hotel stay not only tarnished my vacation experience but also left me with a sense of disappointment and frustration. It served as a harsh reminder of the importance of thorough research when choosing accommodation and highlighted the potential pitfalls of relying solely on online reviews. From that point on, I vowed to be more diligent in my future travels and to prioritize quality and guest satisfaction above all else.

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. The hotel manager and hotel owner are impolite. Please don't stay in this hotel. Doesn't deserve even a single star.
I had pre booked the hotel online through fab hotels. We were four of us, three of us had physical copy of ID proofs and only 1 didn't have a hard copy. The hotel didn't accept soft copy of ID proof and they made this an excuse and denied us the rooms. The hotel owner Santosh Dubal was impolite and arrogant. It was evident they denied us rooms in expectation of higher tariff from spot bookings. Kindly avoid booking this hotel.

Worst experience with this hotel so far. I booked online for 1450 and the booking was confirmed. They tried calling in advance but no one recieved it . When i reached hotel reception manager said that the booking is not confirmed from portal hence you need to book from here which cost around 2200 +gst.
Staff are more interested in getting hourly basis couples offline and denying online genuine booking.
