Staff's behaviour was very bad, they don't know how to talk to clients. Rooms are pretty bad and prices are super high. No service, very bad hotel

Best hotel to stay in the locality. Staff is trained and well mannered and helpful. Food is simple and good. My guests really loved the hospitality of the staff and food. No compromise in giving comfort to the guests. Special mention of Mr. Karan the manager of the hotel. He was superb in all ways, helped me understand the fares and made the process smooth for me. He even hosted and was available for all queries and help to my guests at all times. Overall 5 rating.

Staff's behaviour was very bad. No good service. When reached and asked for showing the room, they showed us very neat & clean room, but while giving us the room they gave some other room, which was not so clean. Staff doesn't know how to talk to a client, they were talking as they are the only one superior authority of everything. Very rude and bad behaviour. I will not stay in the same hotel for sure. I advise others not to go to this place.

Worst management. Dirty rooms with bed bugs. They forced for cash payment , Room no 102 - door doesn't lock, for my diabetic mother I ordered breakfast which never came. Amongst all the hotels I have ever lived this was the worst ever. Lift doesn't work, staff doesn't work. Arrogant manager who can't handle workload working in an hospitality industry...what an irony!
