Very very bad experience Please do not check into the hotel while renovation work is on. They will tell you that it won’t cause any inconvenience but it is a lie There was continuous drilling above our room and inspite of repeated request the staff did not do anything to halt the work. I requested to halt the work for half an hour but even that they did not halt.

Having a bad experience staying in a hotel can be really frustrating. Issues like cleanliness problems, noisy neighbors, or unhelpful staff can really impact your stay negatively. It's important to communicate your concerns with the management so that they can take care of your concern but the management staff is not at all helpful, they do not pay any attention to what is happening with the guests who are staying in the hotel.

Pl Avoid the hotel. Once a good & comfortable place, time has worn it down. With Low maintenance, these Old rooms are definitely a no go. Seek newer place. Definitely thumbs down. Evening loud music from restaurant- can’t sleep . I can’t regret enough booking here

I had a non smoking room. But there was continuous smoke coming from next room. Also non stop chatter with a large number of people in the adjacent room. Seemed like sleeping in a live bar through the night. I made formal complaint to reception same night multiple times and to the management the next day. Didn't see anything come out of it.

There is some metro construction on the road outside and some renovation inside too. They have 2 restaurants. I ordered in room dining and food was good and Mr Mandar who took my order was very polite, cordial and could customise my order as per my request. Somehow I felt like a king getting the huge tray...
