Found bedbugs in room 1103 2 days back on 1st check in night. Once reported hotel desk tried providing another rooms under name of upgrade. Room 1104 was congested, 1108 door lock was not working for inside and team tried suggesting me to put sticker on door mentioning 'please do not disturb' to lady guest. What disgusting scenarios. Then they offered 1109 room which is having decent mismatched facilities. No hair dryer placed, no hd tv old Sony tv with weird sound, and more disgusting that no ac for room. Siemens auto temparature maintained thermostat installed in the room which one needs to manage manually. No soap holder in shower room. What weird 3 star hotel they are showcasing. They are selling 1 ltr water bottle for 150 INR. Staying here is spoiling your mood. At restaurant area lobby staff shouted with high temper on another room guest when he was only asking for cold water. Not worth spending booking amount.

I recently stayed at Hotel Studio Estique with my family, and honestly, it was a really wonderful experience from start to finish. We were travelling from outside, so we had a few concerns initially, but the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and well-managed. The location of the hotel is excellent-very close to Pune Railway Station, which made our travel extremely convenient. The property itself has a nice, premium feel with a modern and slightly luxurious vibe. The overall ambience is calm, quiet, and even a bit romantic, making it perfect not just for families but also for couples. The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We really liked how comfortable and secure everything felt- safety was clearly a priority. The hotel is also very child-friendly, which made our family stay even more relaxed and enjoyable. Coming to the food-this was one of the highlights of our stay. The taste, quality, and presentation were all top-notch. We also tried drinks, and everything was served well. The restaurant has a great ambience and gives a very pleasant dining experience. We also had a look at the banquet setup, and it was very well-organized- perfect for corporate meetings or family functions. In fact, after this experience, we are definitely planning to organize our upcoming corporate meeting here. A special thanks to Mr. Ashwin Bhadwal, who made sure everything was arranged perfectly. His coordination, support, and polite behavior really stood out. Whenever we needed anything, he was always there to help. Overall, it was a great value-for-money experience with high standards in terms of service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pune- we will surely visit again!
