Great views specially from top, great for family and business stay, Situated in quite & green place nearby bus stops with in 2 min of walking. Very helping staff and good service overall.

Rooms are "ok" but the washroom we got had some issues. Also the manager's behaviour was not appropriate as he didn't bother to fix the issues we reported. Although as a person he was good as he kept our luggage safe with him the whole day after checkout. Twist to the story: (I'm also going to raise this concern with OYO) If you book from OYO app or website and if you apply some discount coupon, it doesn't matter, that discount is not paid to hotel owner and hotel owner asks the discounted amount from you or else you will be denied check-in. This happens with me 3 times the same day, for 3 different hotels, 2 in Pune and one in Goa. I had to cancel my Goa booking and I went for Airbnb.

Had stayed here from 19-Aug and checked out on 22-Aug. Find the +ve and negatives: Will I stay here again? if I get a good discount yes but will be careful with regards to Toilet and lift. Positives: 1. room decent size. 2. Location close to restaurants, super markets, pharmacy etc. 3. AC, fans, switches all work in the room. 4. Staff very receptive Negatives: 1. One side of the building does not have lift facility. This will be a big negative for those who cannot climb stairs. 2. Some of the approach roads are really bad. If it is raining and going out at night, some of the roads don't have street light. 3. Toilets are really bad. Maintenance required. 4. Toiletries like shampoo + tooth brush + tooth paste not provided.

Location is behind Siemens Baner office. It's pocket friendly. Services are good. One can ask for breakfast if he has forgotten to book with breakfast. Food you have to make online order. Royal inn provided cutlery and water. Bell boys always greet with smile. Liked the place.

Room was spacious and clean for budget travelers but had strong cigarette odor. The toilet was functional but unmaintained... definitely requires renovation. Otherwise the location of this hotel is great.
