Terrible experience! The public toilets and toilets at petrol pumps are cleaner than here! When we got to the room, the toilet was NOT cleaned! There was urine and hair in the toilet seat! How the hell is one supposed to even use that?! And there was a terrible stink to it. When I asked someone to do something about it they simply sprayed a room freshener and left! I had to ask another staff member to clean it! They also did such a pathetic job! The bed sheet wasn't changed. I could see stains and mud on it as well as hair. Disgusting! NEVER STAY HERE.

It is situated at the last point of Baner. Near to SIMC pune. But all places are bit far from The guest house location. The guest house looks superb. Go for a deluxe room. U get a bath tub Extra single bed besides a double bed. Ac available. Clean and helpul service and good food only if u like home food. If u want to eat otherwise.. Theres lot of restaurants.. Head towards one of it.

quite decent place to stay, good hygiene and nice ambiance. there are some issues too like it is operated by staff which are too young to operate it professionally. You may feel like there are not doing their best but at least they are trying. I will update when I'm done with the stay.

Location is good. But the guest house, room and bathroom are not clean. Flies everywhere. Service is terrible no one to listen to. Food is cooked by the caretakers. Veg and non veg cooked in the same kitchen which is small and stinks

Horrible and dingy guesthouse!Stayed for 1 night( and thankfully not more).Actually had booked fab atithi service apartment but the guy there directed me to this place saying he can provide a room on the ground floor for my mother.This is a very old and poorly maintained house converted to a hotel.The room is big but smelly and very outdated with old stone flooring and dirty carpet.The bedsheets are soiled and dirty as is the headrest.There is no proper reception and no professional staff except for 3 untrained nepalis who are more like domestic helpers.The bathroom is in a poor shape with water coming out of the commode on flushing.No basic toileteries like soap and towels were provided until we asked for them.There was no mirror or safe deposit box in the room.There were plenty of mosquitoes.The breakfast served was very basic like poha or egg.We did not get water in the morning in the bathroom for almost 2 hours and as such were stuck badly and delayed for our next destination.In spite of repeatedly telling the staff, they said the water would come in 5 mintues but it did not for 2 hours.A request to allow us to use another bathroom was not accepted.The staff were sleeping in the hall outside till 8 am.I would never ever visit this place again nor recommend others to do so.
