The staff is very courteous and hardworking. Housekeeping staff is very prompt and dedicated to the work. Breakfast is very good. Food apart from breakfast is absolutely below average. Ala karte takes forever to be served and that too is not hot enough. Had stayed several times at the same place as options in the area were very few. Rooms are average for the price charged. The overall maintenance of the plumbing in the bathrooms is very poor. The rooms are a bit smelly. Curtains look like they never were washed which must be contributing to the smell.

I stayed for 6 days. Overall my experience was bad. I stayed in Room no 304. After 1 day it started raining in chennai. My room also started flooding. They have not changed the room also. Very bad odour in the hotel. To avoid that they are using a diffuser which is very strong. Location wise alao its not good.

Rooms neat to be maintained neatly.cockroaches here & there. Leaky flush or taps are not repaired. Lot of water getting wasted. Food is Ok not that great. Restaurant need to be expanded it too packed during busy hrs

Overall had a pleasant stay fa two days.hotel is clean inside but floor cleaning maintenance can be improved.breakfast was excellent.water bottle which s chargeable is bit expensive dat can be taken care off.water bottle is just 20 rs as mrp but when served in room dey charge 118 rs including GST . otherwise hotel experience is good

Had a really bad experience with this place with room 313 kept unwell during check in. There were cockroaches running around, used medicine cover on floor and hair in the washroom sink. Staff was polite, but they could get me another room because hotel was fully booked. Feeling disgusted to be honest. Came in for 2 days, but I’m checking out tomorrow.
