Outstanding service and the ac was so very refreshing. The staff are very professional and courteous. The location is ideal close to the airport and the metro. My stay was perfect. I will be back. Highly recommended!!

Excellent location.. very very close to Little mount metro... Rooms are very well maintained.. quite spacious suite rooms... yellow and white theme makes the hotel outlook and rooms more vibrant... Throughout the day there was drilling noise which didn't make my stay doesn't pleasant...

We celebrate our Daughter 1st Birthday @ BloomHub . Services /Rooms and the party hall and the dinning area all are just awesome.. Guest Relation officers are a very polite and lovely team with great support and guidance... Food varieties are finger licking taste such a wonderful Moment.. It's was a best moment.. Kids and adults are very comfortable in the ambiance..

We stayed for one night in 409. Sharing some experience during our stay No hot water and i called and asked the reception and informed me to open the water for five minutes and we should get the hot water, of-course we did and still no hot-water. My wife took cold shower and she went out. I tried to take shower again no hot water. The shower had no pressure and cold water had good pressure No hand towel was placed in the room The elevators don't show correct floors when pressed to go up or down. The small lift was stinking of sewage The reception staff should be familiar with room tariff. I know its online and when i saw it was 4836 and when i came to hotel they said its 5800. He was arguing there is no such tariff of 4823. I know hotel is under renovation and many facilities are not there, at-least the issues with hot-water , 2 Water pressure can be fixed for the price you charge. I came to admit my grandson in next hospital building and wanted to stay for at-least another 3 more days. Since our first day was bad i decided to checkout and move to another hotel. I thought it would be very convenient to stay closer to the hospital however my experience was not good. Hope u will look into this ans address.
