5 stars for service and management. Staff was kind and prompt. Bed sheets has stains, they replaced it. Did not like that they tried to explain the stains were due to chemicals. Ok with the assurance that bedsheets were freshly laundered. The motel is a bit off the main street. Infrastructure needs to be improved. Stayed one night .

The AC is not working properly. The room service isn't good enough. They won't provide you the required service even on asking for it multiple times. They didn't even provide me an extra blanket when asked for, rather I had to sleep in cold. However, the room is good and very comfortable. It is on a good location. The check-in and check-out experience was good. The food service of good quality and was delivered fast. They even allowed me late check-in after midnight. They need to improve their customer service. According to me, the overall experience the hotel itself was good.

Fraud hotel. They show pictures of some other hotel and the actual room are quite different. Even the staffs are also not good.

Charged Rs.900/- for a 6 hrs stay and the room was not even worth of Rs.500/-. No wardrobe or hanger in the room nor in the bathroom. Toilet seat was dirty, bathroom was not even cleaned. Broken shelves. Highly overpriced rooms.

499/- for 3 hours & 999/- for night stay… well rates can be a little cheaper as the room condition is not that good Room cleanliness:- 2/5
