I had a pleasant stay at Ginger Hotel on 4th April 2026. The overall experience was comfortable and hassle-free. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was courteous and responsive throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a short stay. I particularly appreciated the hygiene standards and the neat arrangement of the space. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night’s rest. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby areas. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again for both business and short leisure trips.

Unpleasant experience staying at The Ginger Vastrapur. Room had a strong odour or cigarette smoke when it was a non smoking room. Had to get maintenance to open the window to let out the odour. Next day also,.same issue after the room was cleaned by housekeeping. Fail to understand where this strong cigarette odour was coming from. When I brought this to the notice of the staff at the reception, and askedif possible to get the room changed, I was asked to come down and meet them. I thought they were assisting in giving keys to another room.but.all they said was all rooms are.fully booked, we can get the room sprayed with air freshner. Why was I called down for that??? Bedsheet were bad. Not changed when room was handed over to us. Same with pillow covers. There was a used water bottle lying under the bed when we checked into the room. No hand towels given. No extra set of toilet paper given even when the current one was almost fully used. No moisturizer or hand creams, no place to put toothpaste and toothbrush in the bathroom. No glass given. Hair dryer not provided. Breakfast spread is good. Coffee machine breaks down constantly and staff is too busy to notice milk and water needs refilling for the coffee machine to work. Very poor experience.

A good experience. The staff was helpful all the times and provided you with all the necessary help. SOmetimes the housekeeping service would have to give multiple reminders. The room cleaning was done really well , the staff at the restaurant was also good always assisted you.

I stayed here for the first time ever, booked the room thinking the property should be good being in IHCL group but it turned out to be otherwise. 1. The rooms are small, too bright and dirty, the linen weren't properly washed and major stains were clearly visible. Even I got them changed but the condition of fresh ones was also same. 2. The set top box was automatically getting disconnected and I had to call maintenance person again and again. 3. The bathrooms had a very bad smell and the exhaust wasn't working, the quality of handwash was very cheap . The taps being black in colour were having stains visible on them. 4. There is no ventilation in the room Positives 1. Location is very near to the mall 2. Easy transportation 3. Staff is humble Please research properly about the hotel and reviews before you book one.
