I’ll be honest—I was a bit uneasy navigating the busy, crowded street leading up to the hotel. However, I can assure you that once you step inside, your concerns will disappear. If you value cleanliness and excellent service, Ascent Star Inn is an outstanding choice. The staff is wonderful, and the property maintains very high standards. While the surrounding area is quite congested, the hotel itself acts as a quiet, well-maintained retreat. Highly recommended for those who prioritize quality and comfort.

This is the best place i had ever stayed. Very clean and spacious rooms with all kind of utilities. Very good restaurant. Highly professional staff with very cordial and supportive behaviour. I had decided when ever ineed to mumbai i will stay in this hotel only. Front side street side is very dirty but that is the signature of the mumbai and it dosent affect your stay. Best hotel for families and solo travellor. Highlight of the stay is the best support from the front office staff. Thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable .

Very good stay at Hotel Ascent Star Inn, Mumbai. The staff were extremely polite, humble and always ready to help, which made the experience very comfortable. The customer service was excellent from check‑in to check‑out, with every request handled quickly and with a down‑to‑earth, friendly attitude. The breakfast and lunch were tasty with good variety, and the overall food quality added a lot to the stay. The rooms were clean, well‑maintained and comfortable, and the location near the airport is very convenient for travellers. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, hospitable hotel in Mumbai with good food and genuinely polite staff.

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff — they were extremely helpful and attentive, both at the lobby and in the restaurant. Their service really stood out and made us feel welcomed. The room itself was average. It’s suitable for a short one-night stay or if you need a place urgently, especially because of its proximity to the airport. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which helped us rest well. Do note, soundproofing isn't good However, there were a few downsides. We noticed few mosquitoes and a cockroach in the room, and the toilet paper in the bathroom was mouldy, so I ended up using my own. The area outside the hotel is quite dirty and polluted, so it’s best not to expect much from the surroundings. Breakfast was flavorful but had limited choices. We booked on the same day, so the rate was quite expensive for what we received. Overall, it’s decent for convenience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
