Location is a big plus point for this hotel. Next to the Apollo Hospital. This is a only option for people looking for a accomodation near the hospital.Rooms are ok, staff is nice. The only thing they need to work on the cleanliness and the old linens, those need to be changed. Wifi is a big issue, I tried working from there but it is highly impossible so they need to fix it on priority.

The overall condition of the room and the bathroom was good. What they seriously lack is in the CLEANLINESS and SERVICE department. The bedsheet and quilt were shabby. Also during my stay of 2 days, the room floor was not cleaned. The AC was not working, it had a broken remote and drained batteries. They replaced and made it work after complaining. There was no cable on the TV, the second day they replaced it with another set top box which was recharged (it's like they keep only a few set top box charged to reduce costs). There was a local brand water bottle kept in room with no expiry date. The second day I didn't even get that. Had to ask at the reception. In the morning when I was checking out, there was no one at the reception for ½hr, had to call and ask for someone to be there for checking out. If you need a peace of mind while staying in a hotel, then skip this place.

Terrible staff, rooms are ok but the staff is very rude, they also keep poking into your space and keep interfering, should avoid at all costs

It looks good in pictures. But poor housekeeping. No pest control. Cockroaches all over. No window in room feel like the jail. No food arrangements. If asked for helper simply ask you to take it from nearby restaurants.
