This resort has improved a lot, it was my second stay over there. Very comfortable stay and staff was also very cooperative. Food quality is very good, no complaints. Best part of this resort is beach accessibility. You can go to the beach any time and enjoy Sun, Sand and Sea.

Undoubtedly one of the best options to enjoy some leisure time in North Goa. Mostly you get such properties, with amole space, greenery and beach access in South, but I was pleasantly surprised to find this. Reviews were not the most encouraging, but this property is absolutely worth the value. Rooms are decent, can be maintained better but then you cant expect a 5 star resort in this price range. The staff is very supportive. Food was one area where I felt they can improve a bit. There's ample parking and access to the beach to top it. Loved it.

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room service was extremely poor, with our requests often being ignored or forgotten completely. We also had consistent issues with the lighting in our room, which made it difficult to relax or work comfortably. The food quality was also a major letdown. We found that the meals were bland and overpriced for the mediocre taste. It was a stark reminder of how much we were paying for a subpar experience. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied with the service and amenities provided at this hotel. The high prices simply did not match up to the lackluster quality we received. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful resort near the beach. There's a nice walk through the property that leads you to the beach. There are shacks nearby. There's a restaurant on the property as well. Food was average. I would suggest ordering a-la carte instead of going for the buffet.

There is an entry to beach from this resort. Rooms are not that clean. Service is not that great. Generally any resort/ hotel will give two towels to guests. We got only one towel and requested for two more. No one cared and no extra towel was provided even after asking three times.
