The owner refused to check me in. I reached on time. The owner told me that since i am the only person staying he cant allow me. This was the first time i have heard such an excuse. That i am not allowed because i am the only one staying there as single occupancy. Also, then he told me to go to a different OYO 10 minutes away which would cost me 1400₹ per night. Just a reminder that i had booked this oyo for 565₹ per night. When i told him this, he just refused to do anything about it. Anyways, i went to the other oyo which was unhealthy, unclean, the staff were horrible and the rooms were very poor in condition. I had no option but to book another hotel via a different app. My friends mentioned this is why you don’t book an OYo and it dawned on me that such a fast growing company has such terrible partners working u der its name in a major city like Kolkata.

I booked via Oyo and had to pay extra amount during checkin .. at a qr code they provided . Total scam . I had pre-paid the full price for the room and still denied checkin as they said some amount was pending which wasn't visible to me . Why do Oyo charge extra than that shown in the app ? I think it's a scam that both OYO and property commits together . Although the service was okay types but I had suffered Inconvenience. Ps - Also forget refund because OYO team can never validate your issue .

Nice hotel and rooms not that soo much bad 😄 go with your frnds and bf gf it's a nice hotel . But a thinks it's sometimes they asked for and charge more money that's a problem and nothing else it's a best hotel :) .

Don't book in this hotel... After booking they will tell you...single person is not allowed or room is not available... doesn't matter from where you are coming... A humble request..plz avoid this hotel or booking from oyo website...
