This hotel is a joke when it comes to hospitality. I was staying here for 2 days and I had already informed that I would require an extra bed for triple occupancy and i was billed accordingly. Day 1- The room given to us looked like it had survived a war! Bathroom had no lock,bed was broken and on asking for a replacement were told that no other room was available. Upon multiple requests finally a different room was given at 12 in the night. The walls are paper thin and we couldn't get a proper nights sleep as you can hear literally every sound in every other room in the hotel Day 2- We asked for the extra bed (for which we had already paid).. we got a thin mattress on the floor but were told that there is no extra comforter in the entire hotel. Had to spend the night in peak winter wrapped up in our own jackets. For all of this we were charged 2.5K per night (5k total) NO REFUND WAS MADE DURING CHECKOUT. Please come here only if you are a group of guys looking to grab a few drinks in a room and. don't care about anything else in the room.

Good location Rooms are ok Service was ok 👍

Overall experience was not good... I paid around 2k and got small room, mattress was extremely uncomfortable.. TV was not working.. Room was overpriced.

Tv was not working Spring mattress was old, uncomfortable and damaged.
