⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Suba Palace Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. What impressed me the most was the warm hospitality. Everyone greeted me with a smile and made me feel valued every day. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel like a prince throughout my stay. I would like to thank the entire team for their outstanding service and for making my visit to Mumbai so enjoyable. I highly recommend Suba Palace Hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel has a wonderful location, the staff was the highlight as they were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice by the way and they helped foreigners know the options. Rooms were ok. In general, great value.

During our 2 weeks at the Suba Palace, all of the staff were helpful and cheerful. The breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful and the chai always hot. Mukesh, our room attendant checked daily to see if we needed more amenities. Laundry we sent out cane back the same day. Ibrahim Shaikh also checked to see if we were happy. We were and would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Subah Palace and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled seamlessly — the airport pickup was very well arranged, making the journey to the hotel completely stress-free. What truly stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the reception team to the entire crew, everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast experience was excellent, offering a great variety of food. It felt more like a relaxed brunch setup, which was a nice touch — perfect for those who like to take their time in the morning. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a 5-star experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service...staff behaviour and service is awesome 👍. Room was comfortable neat n clean.. Bfast was gd ,tasty.. Multi menu option available. 5 miniute distance from gateway of India.. crawford market, church gate, Marine drive near by within 3-4 km radius.. Worth to stay with family or solo if you travel for short trip however parking fee quite high as it is in crowded area.
