While complaining for the TV we not even got the solution and they kept saying we are resolving in an hour and customer support also guided to wait they will resolve it but it's seems they're fooling by extending time and customer support person assure it will resolved but nor they call back and confirm also that we got the service or not pathetic service provide I can suggest breivstay to people's not bagtobag because the customer service they provide is better than the bag2bag If I complaint it over there they resolve the issue and give the compansation as well...still we didn't complaint and ask for compansation Thanks for the service not appreciated with the service provided
